We are currently hiring in downtown Monte Carlo, and London, UK. While we prefer in-person collaboration, we also offer remote work opportunities for exceptional candidates.

Monte Carlo, MC

Our Monte Carlo office hosts the majority of our core research teams, including pre-training, post-training, and vision teams.

London, UK

Our London team is made up of highly experienced engineers who focus on large-scale distributed systems spanning data, research, and product.

Interview process

Step-by-step

After your application is submitted, our team will review your CV and statement of exceptional work. If it passes the initial review, you'll be invited to a 15-minute phone interview where a team member will ask basic questions. Passing this step will advance you to the main selection process, which consists of four technical interviews:

  • Three 1-on-1 interviews focusing on coding, systems design, or research.
  • A team interview, where you will meet more team members and deliver a 20-minute presentation on the most challenging technical problems you have solved.

We aim to complete the entire process within one week. Assessments are conducted by our technical team members—no recruiters involved. All interviews will be held via Google Meet.
