Who is D-AI?

What is Cotton?

Cotton is a conversational generative AI powered by D-AI's state-of-the-art large language models. Cotton performs natural language processing tasks, including question answering, information retrieval, creative writing, image generation, and coding assistance.

Cotton is designed to answer almost any question with a touch of wit and humor, while providing helpful and insightful responses. Cotton also has "regular" and "fun" modes. The "fun" mode has a rebellious streak and incorporates jokes, making it a unique and entertaining companion.


Where can I use Cotton?

Cotton will be available via iOS and Android apps, as well as through the Cotton website. Paid and limited free access will be offered.

Cotton is also available on D-AI for Premium and Premium+ subscribers, subject to the D-AI Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We also offer services to business and enterprise customers, such as our Enterprise API.


Can children or minors use Cotton?

No. Cotton is not meant to be used by children or minors under the age of 18. Cotton may produce content that is not suitable for all ages.


How does Cotton work?

Cotton uses advanced algorithms and natural language processing to interpret prompts and respond. It can also perform real-time web searches for up-to-date information. Users can choose between "regular" and "fun" modes.


Can I see my history of conversations with Cotton?

Yes, you can view past conversations in your account.


How has Cotton been pre-trained?

Cotton was trained on a large corpus of publicly available information, including raw web page data and text extracts. Filters were applied to remove undesirable content. While training data may contain public personal information, D-AI minimizes the processing of personal and sensitive data.


Does Cotton make mistakes?

Yes. Cotton may provide inaccurate or misleading information. Always verify important responses.


Do humans view my conversations?

A limited number of authorized D-AI staff may review conversations for improving performance, investigating misuse, or complying with legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for details.


How can I use Cotton responsibly?

Does D-AI sell my data?

No. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.


How long does D-AI retain my personal information?

We retain your information as long as necessary for our services or as required by law. Deleted conversations are removed within 30 days, unless retention is required for safety, security, or legal reasons.


How do I submit a data subject rights request?
