Future-ready data centres built for today. Designed for tomorrow.
End-to-end advisory across site selection, energy systems, engineering, commissioning and operations — engineered for the density and resilience AI demands.
The mandate
AI has broken the assumptions data centres were built on.
Legacy facilities were designed for 5–15 kW racks and air cooling. AI training and inference push densities past 100 kW per rack, with power, thermal and network profiles that conventional design simply cannot serve.
We advise governments and enterprises across the entire lifecycle — from the first feasibility study to decades of optimized operation. Every decision is engineered for the density AI demands today and the growth it will demand tomorrow, without compromising sovereignty, efficiency or resilience.
The result is infrastructure that is production-ready the day it opens, and still competitive thirty years later.
One accountable partner, across the full lifecycle.
Advise, design, build and operate — delivered as an integrated program or engaged phase by phase.

Cooling designed for 100 kW+ racks.
AI density makes cooling the single hardest engineering problem. We design for it from first principles.
Direct-to-Chip Liquid
Cold plates on GPUs and CPUs remove heat at source, supporting rack densities beyond 100 kW.
Immersion Cooling
Full-server dielectric immersion for the highest densities with near-silent, water-lean operation.
Closed-Loop & Free Cooling
Minimal-water closed loops and economizer modes that cut consumption by up to 95%.
Designed to certify, built to audit.
Uptime Institute
Tier III & Tier IV design and constructed-facility certification.
ISO 27001 / 50001
Information security and energy management systems.
EN 50600
European standard for data centre design and operations.
Local Sovereign Codes
Alignment with national data-residency and critical-infrastructure law.
Tangible deliverables at every phase.
Documentation engineered to hand off cleanly to construction, operations and certification bodies.
Engineering outcomes we design toward.
Common questions.
Do you work with existing facilities or only new builds?
Both. We deliver greenfield programs end-to-end and also assess, retrofit and optimize existing facilities for AI-scale density, efficiency and resilience.
How do you support AI-specific workloads?
Our designs target high-density racks (up to 150 kW), direct-to-chip and immersion cooling, and power topologies engineered for the transient, high-utilization profile of large-scale training and inference.
Can you engage for a single phase?
Yes. Engagements can start at any phase — feasibility, design, build or operations — though the greatest value comes from an integrated program across the full lifecycle.
How do you address data sovereignty?
Every design aligns with national data-residency, security and critical-infrastructure requirements, keeping data and control fully in-border and under national governance.
